Do I need to stay overnight?
No. This is a day experience, so you can stay at your own accommodation and join us for your retreat.
Is the experience private?
Your experience is reserved for you and your booked guests. We welcome clients by appointment only and share detailed directions after your visit is confirmed. The beach is public and is not reserved exclusively for guests.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable clothes, beach essentials and sun protection. Please tell us about dietary requirements and mobility needs before booking. The upstairs practice space requires stairs, and the beach path is uneven.
How do I book?
